In the documents section of the website you will find the new Architecture Control Committee’s Form for lot owners to fill out when you need to make any changes to the exterior of your houses!
Parking rules were reviewed. Cars, trailers, and boats may not be parked on the streets per the covenants. Due to narrow streets, vehicles should not block sidewalks or streets. Owners may park partially on the side of the street to avoid blocking access. Inessa will contact the commercial business across the street to see if owners can use their parking area. Owners hosting gatherings with several guests are asked to inform nearby neighbors if guests can park in front of their homes.
